Founded in 2014 by two U.S. army veterans, Kilo E Liquid is a premium brand, and the flavours are made in California. James Kim and Jon Lee were passionate about helping smokers to quit their habits. They wanted to offer delicious and safe choices which would tempt smokers to explore vaping.
