A “working day” means Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday is part of the delivery aim, but only for delivery—not despatch. If an order is placed after 4PM on Friday, it will be despatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday) and aimed for delivery on Tuesday. Note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed with Royal Mail Tracked services.

Yes, tracking is available for all our delivery options. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. Royal Mail will also send you delivery updates via email. If you provided a phone number at checkout, you’ll receive SMS updates as well.

No, despatches do not occur on Bank Holidays, and delivery services may be affected. Orders placed on or before Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® provides delivery by 1PM the next working day for time-sensitive orders.

If you are unavailable, Royal Mail will either leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a local post office for pickup, or attempt a redelivery. You can use the tracking information to check where to collect it.
